Moss and Nichols Join Forces to Bring More Value to Customers |

February 22, 2007, Chicago, IL - Charles J. Corsentino,
Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Moss Inc.,
announced today the merger of Nichols Inc. with Moss Inc.
Nichol's premier printing technology partnered with Moss's
exceptional engineering in crafting custom tensioned fabric
structures will bring unsurpassed value for customers. The
combination of these two companies creates the most comprehensive
manufacturer of tensioned fabric structures, display hardware, and
printed graphics in the world.
Moss Inc., with locations in Chicago, Maine, and Las Vegas, is the
world's largest manufacturer of tensioned fabric solutions for the
exhibit, event and retail design markets. Nichols Inc., located in
Salt Lake City, UT, is an industry leader in printed fabric, display
hardware and tensioned fabric for the same markets. The combined
company will be known as Moss Inc. Key products from the Nichols
line will retain their current brand names.
